Just Me, JC is a fun look into what makes me happy. Some are a little trivial but some are dead serious. And this is one of them. I love books!
I love bookstores…the smell, the possibility. Okay, that’s a little weird, but truthfully I love to read.
I can’t wait to share that love with you today!

This is so true! I have so many favorites. It all started 20+ years ago with…
Who remembers The Babysitters Club? I loved this series as a kid. I just couldn’t get enough.
And then there was…
I loved me some Nancy Drew! I have the whole series at my parents’ house.
So what am I reading these days? Honestly, I like a wide variety.
I love the classic Jane Austen novels.
Or anything James Patterson.
And again, anything Nicholas Sparks.
I even enjoy the Young Adult genres including
Pretty Little Liars series
And don’t judge, but yes I loved…
the Twilight series
And recently I discovered
The Selection series
But my main genre of choice always comes back to Christian inspirational.

And for anyone who wants to learn more about the Bible or God himself, you will love Kay Arthur. I want to be her when I grow up!
Speaking of the Bible…
This is by far my favorite study Bible. I would recommend it to anyone! I’ve read this translation cover to cover, and it really is the best I’ve seen.
I told you I have a lot of favorites!
