Alaskan Cruise Part 3
Hi, friends! I am back today with Part 3 of our Alaskan Cruise featuring our final port in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada!
I’ve been on many cruises, but I have never ported at night and only had three hours. And this is the norm. This is how they port all cruises to Victoria.
Without much time on the ground, we decided to have evening tea at the famous Empress Hotel where Shirley Temple once lived.
We walked the grounds and took in Victoria at night (it looks like a Hallmark movie with Christmas lights up year round) before heading in for our evening tea.
Boys can tea party too!
The following day was a day at sea headed back to the continental US.
And then it was back to the Beatles!
And thanks to traveling with their biggest fan, Liam, MawMaw and I got to meet them too!
Once we docked, it was off to explore Seattle before our flight home.
Of course we went to the top of the Space Needle!
And then Pike’s Place!
The “hospital” used for Grey’s Anatomy…
And one last stop for the air and space nerds on the trip…
Liam and I loved every moment of this!
Goodbye, Seattle! It is time to head home!
