Fall O’Fun Recap
Hi, friends! Happy Monday to you. Liam and I finally began taking down our fall decorations and putting up Christmas. I usually do this on the first of November, but I decided to have a baby that day instead! After a long two week stay in the hospital, Liam, Judson, and I have started settling into a routine. It’s time to haul out the holly and begin the most wonderful time of the year!
We fall hard in our home. Judson and I started a “Fall O’Fun” in 2016 (my idea of course!), and I had us participating in all the fall activities. We even married in the fall. It is something we continued with Liam, and it’s something I will continue with my boys for years to come. Here is a little recap of this year’s Fall O’Fun.
Liam was able to go on the field and behind the scenes at his school’s Homecoming game. He had an absolute blast!
We enjoyed trick or treating and playing games at Newton’s Treat Street festival.
Paw Patrol Live on Stage came through Jackson again this year, and Liam and I invited Uncle T to join us in the fun. Daddy was with us for the show last year…
We always enjoy our church’s Trunk or Treat!
Liam earned another Mystery Trip that carried us to the McLain Safari…
And Pop taught the corn farmer how to shell corn the old fashioned way!
My church choir held its annual Christmas in August party to kick off our Christmas musical..
My favorite kindergartener had his first field trip to a local pumpkin patch.
And the 50th day of school led to Liam learning the hand jive and dressing like an extra from “Grease”.
Daddy was always our pumpkin designer and carver, but PawPaw came to the rescue this year!
We love visiting Mitchell Farms! This was our first year to take Aunt Ashlynn!
Liam enjoyed his first season of sports!
My awesome friends at church threw Baby Judson a shower…
And we adopted cat number 5… yippee…
But the best part of our Fall has been the addition of this little guy!
I hope you’ve enjoyed your fall too. Let me know what you’ve been up to in the comments below. I have a whole week of blog posts scheduled to share with you, so I’d love to have you stop back by tomorrow!
