Friday Favorites {6.12.20}

Not only is it Friday, but it’s been awhile since we have linked up with Andrea and Erika where we share all of the Favorites from our week. Liam and I are doing our best to stay busy and not let staying at home boredom get the best of us. We both love to go, do, and be, so it’s been a challenge keeping us entertained. We’ve been spending a lot of extra time at the grandparents’ since our air conditioner has been out. This means extra road trips to Pop’s too. These two are tight – and trouble.

We found a fox den in Pop’s backyard!

Liam had his first opportunity to go blueberry picking at the farm next door. He would put them in his mouth then put them in his cup. I couldn’t get him to eat any just yet.

His macaroni “sensory bin” was one of my better ideas.

We’ve enjoyed eating dinner on the patio…

And someone thinks it’s okay to start feeding himself!

We had a lot of fun at our cousin Josh’s birthday party…

Apparently I have a water baby in the making…

And in the #BoundsFur7 world, Ashes finally got his transmission lowered (aka neutered).

(I didn’t have a cat carrier at the time, so I used a Coach purse. Clearly I wasn’t thinking…)

Jackson has decided he is my new lap dog. He has MAJOR jealousy issues. No other dog or cat can come near me (he seriously did get my leg torn up by my in-laws’ dog by being a pesky protector – and I had to get three shots! – neither he nor the Bounds’ dog was doing anything aggressive, I was just in the way). Interestingly, Jackson KNOWS Peanut is the boss and doesn’t go near Nut or cross him.

We lost a cat on May 1 (that we only had for 2 weeks, Ashes’s sister), and we were offered this little cutie. Judson said NO! I’ve been accused of trying to run an animal shelter in my home. We took a lesson from the Lord and have decided 7 is the perfect number.
