What’s Up Wednesday? How are you?
We are taking a beat at the Bounds home trying to slow down and enjoy summer. We’re still staying busy enjoying all summer has to offer. On the last Wednesday of the month we link up with Sheaffer and Shay where we show a little of “What’s Up” in our world.
What we’re eating…
I’ve been trying to cook healthier around the house. On this night we ate sea bass, zoodles, and a lentil-protein mix. Yum!

What I’m loving…
All the fun summertime activities with Baby Bounds. These are the days, y’all!

Spending time with family on the water!
What I’m dreading…
SCHOOLWORK. SUMMER BUMMER. But…only 4 classes left till I’m an MTS!
What I’m working on…
Fitness! My post-baby body has healed really well and 35 pounds fell right off. However, I still have some weight left to lose and tone up the rest. My friend Suzanne and I have been working hard! If we’re not at the gym, we’re in the pool treading water.
What I’m excited about…
I really enjoyed attending the Southern Baptist Convention. I’m very excited about their plans for world missions!
