1.  What I’m eating…

I tried haggis while I was in Scotland. It looks a lot like shepherd’s pie. It tastes a lot like…shepherd’s pie. The meat was just a little funny. I certainly won’t be going out of my way to order it again, but when in Rome Glasgow…!

Cleaning up this blog. One I merged Vogue Happiness with this one it went haywire. Apparently that happens a lot when you’re switching platforms. I’m not a techie by any stretch of the word, so I hope to have things looking decent again soon.

5. What I’m dreading…

Uh, yeah…working on this whole integration thing. I’m telling you, it’s pretty bad.

6. What I’m working on…

I’m learning that it’s okay to grow slow. God has placed some pretty wild dreams in my heart, and I don’t have the first clue how to begin tackling them. My process has been a whole lot of pray and wait, pray and wait. I don’t like it. I’ve been working on my manuscript, but I find myself deleting more that I’m saving. Prayers please that I just stay out of my head and in His will.

I’ve been rewatching The Hills again. I remember when life was this dramatic!

I really enjoyed the Olympics this year! I even got to watch a good bit while we were in Scotland. My favorites are always swimming and gymnastics, and let’s face it. The US has the best gymnasts in the world hands down!

I’ve made no qualms about how much I love Annie Downs, and I just started Speak Love. It’s geared mostly towards younger women, college aged and teens. As one in women’s ministry, I feel it’s good to be well-versed in all areas of girl talk. I’m loving this one so far!

I’m leaning towards a lot of basic tees to layer with (hopefully) scarves and jackets soon!

Hopefully…not too much! I’m looking forward to relaxing and enjoying the long weekend!
