Six Years

Wow. Six years. I have been blogging for six years now. That’s incredible because I rarely ever stick to a hobby, especially a creative one, for any length of time. But you know what? I love it! I love sharing my life with this little corner of the internet.

I’ve come a long way since my first post on September 15, 2014. I’ve updated blogging platforms and purchased my own site. I’ve learned a lot about technology in general. I first started this blog to be an online scrapbook of sorts to document my life. So much has changed. I’ve moved twice, married, had a baby, and took in eight other pets. Thankfully, I have it all documented right here at jeanclairemonroe.com. (Which, by the way, will be updated to my new name by January 1, 2021!)

I’m so thankful that many of you have followed along since the beginning, and I am so happy to have met you newer readers throughout the years. I appreciate your support, comments, and interest in what I have to say. I always dreamed of being a writer and speaker, and this outlet has allowed me access to do what I dreamed.
